Facilities Maintenance Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team at our Northampton site.

Job Description: 

Our Facilities Maintenance Technician at Cosworth will assist the Facilities department to deliver services required to support the business.

The Role: 

  • Carry out PPM tasks.
  • Carry out building and fabric repairs.
  • Painting and decorating.
  • Plumbing repairs.
  • Tiling.
  • Constructing new office spaces.
  • Any reasonable request.
  • Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
  • Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.

Candidate Profile: 

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Forklift truck licence (desired).
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • COSHH and Health and Safety Awareness.
  • Self motivated.
  • Able to be part of a team.
  • Computer literate in Excel and Word.
