Job Description: 

Delta Cosworth produces high power, high performing batteries and now requires a Process Engineer to join the team at Silverstone circuit to develop production assembly and manufacturing processes.

The Role: 

Reporting directly to the Head of Production, the role will involve working alongside both engineering and production teams.

• Developing practices, routines and solutions to help improve productivity and product.
• Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Preparing process documentation and operating instructions
• Devising, implementing, and testing new strategies to help optimise productivity.
• Ensure all processes comply with company safety and quality standards.
• Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
• Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.

Candidate Profile: 

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will have:

• Proven work experience in process engineering
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in various software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
