Job Description: 

Do you have a keen eye for detail? Would you like to join a Company that is working on some of the most advanced industry leading products? If so, we are looking for an Technical Operations Administrator. This is a new position working with the Manufacturing and Service Teams.

The Role: 

• Amend Manufacturing Documentation via Engineering Change Notes or Minor Change Processes. 
• Writing and maintaining the Service Notes for the Service Department. 
• Assisting the Quality Team reviewing completed Service Units.
• Writing 5D/8D as per customer need and checking product before returning.
• Providing support to Service Administration as and when required.
• Consider the health and safety, environmental and energy impact of all activities.
• Support the Company’s compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, following policy and best practice.

Candidate Profile: 

• Good standard of education.
• Strong attention to detail and able to follow document annotations.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to prioritise workload and complete in a timely manner.
  
• Ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
• Fully proficient at using IT systems, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office packages.
• Able to demonstrate an agile attitude and approach.

Desirable:

• Experience of SAP.
